APPLICANT AGREES :

A. To pay storage fee and send copy of valid boat insurance certificate to Bruce White at: kic.property.mgr@gmail.com in advance of boat delivery.

B. To maintain an active insurance policy from time of drop off thru pickup in the spring.

C. Not to, or allow any work on stored boats/campers while on Killdeer Island Club property.

D. That this contract is for storage season from first Friday in October thru the last day in April. All crafts will be removed from Club Property by first day of May or crafts will be removed at Owners Expense.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY :

By checking the box below and paying the fee you agrees that the boat/camper is stored in an unsecured area and that THE KILLDEER ISLAND CLUB INC. is not liable for any damages to the stored boat/camper caused by; but not limited to; animal/rodent damage, hurricanes, tropical storms, nor’easter, fire, wind, snow, theft, vandalism or other similar acts of God.
